They worked out where the problem was, sent me through a report which I was able to pass onto my insurance company and got it all sorted for me. Absolutely Fabulous service. Very clear explanation of the technical problems that created the phone to not do what I wanted it to do. I ended up chatting about all kinds of things. Scams, 3d printing, Microsoft and outlook lol...all sorts. They really takes the time to explain stuff so you definitely understand what is what. Highly recommend, just opposite Creo, near the cape hill rail Bridge. Parking is handy too. I have normally used them for laptop or the power deaths... and they know their stuff but use simple English to explain internet website stuff haha. Great friendly Pukekohe business. I didn't feel rushed or unwanted. They really listen and clearly value all customers, not just big money ones. Thank you!!

The team at Dial a Nerd have sorted out all our backups, so we don't need to worry any more, with these back up done, we have used their Data Recovery services, which is worth every penny and a blessing!! We have also got them to load all our files to the cloud using their Cloud Services, steam lining everything for easy access to work from anywhere. We also have them doing our email hosting.
