Our Team

I joined the Dial a Nerd crew in July 2025 to bring that big-corporate expertise to the small business world. Whether I’m migrating a client to the cloud or building a digital fortress for their cybersecurity, I focus on practical, stress-free solutions.
Originally from Kuala Lumpur, I traded the tropical heat for the kiwi life at age 8 and have called New Zealand home ever since. My IT journey started in the fast-paced world of hospitality and large-scale corporate tech, where I learned that being a 'Servant Leader' means putting people first."

For me, good IT isn’t about overengineering, it’s about making sure technology genuinely supports the people using it every day.
I bring hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies, with a background spanning enterprise environments, managed services, and project-based consultancy.

I originally joined the company in January 2008 as manager and part owner. For 10 years I had the privilege of providing hands-on Business and Home IT support across Franklin and the wider region.
After stepping away for a period to focus on family, I’m now back on board, fully committed to leading the business forward and supporting our customers once again.
